These people approved us for a small loan, but when it came to closer to closing date they back out, they are bad communicator with the customer. We had to hunt them down, most of times they don't return or answer your calls. They always losing the paperwork. They are full of so much B's. At the last minute they come up with so many excuses for their unprofessional behavior. Stay away from two people Nick Baietti, Christian Sanson. We lost our new home because of there stupidity ☹️

Pro, good rates, good service I had great experience dealing with CityWorth. They are pro and offer good rates. Especially, Daniel Sole is great. He was very responsive, gave good advice on every question I had, no matter it was the titling company's fee or a charge by my previous lender.
