These people approved us for a small loan, but when it came to closer to closing date they back out, they are bad communicator with the customer. We had to hunt them down, most of times they don't return or answer your calls. They always losing the paperwork. They are full of so much B's. At the last minute they come up with so many excuses for their unprofessional behavior. Stay away from two people Nick Baietti, Christian Sanson. We lost our new home because of there stupidity ☹️

DOES NOT FUND SAME DAY! CAUGHT IN A LIE! TERRIBLE service from the beginning. HIGH FEES. NOT RELIABLE. Absolutely zero communication. Lender was caught in a couple lies. If you don't meet their "qualification" for order of review of file at the closing table, you do not meet their 2:00 review deadline which means your loan does NOT fund the day you close, which means you do NOT move into your home day of close. Do NOT recommend. Go with a reliable and trusting lender. Do your research.
