He was very very attentive and very professional and dedicated to my needs and the home buying process. He stay in touch constantly along this very process. The Good Lord placed an angel in my life in Mr Sarras! He was always available to answer my calls my questions and my emails. Cityworth has the best Mortage team and employee in Mr Sarras! Amazing home buying experience! We just recently bought a home and CityWorth made that experience awesome! Our Loan Processor Alexandra Matei worked with us insuring we had all our documents in order. She was on top of everything making the process smooth. Our CityWorth realtor Tommy Shumway negotiated us a great deal and got us the home we wanted. Brian Shumway was our mortgage broker and got us in the door with CityWorth and did a great job helping us with our home buying process! We loved our CityWorth team!

Don't get caught up with this company. Don't get caught up with this company. These people approved us for a small loan, but when it came to closer to closing date they back out, they are bad communicator with the customer. We had to hunt them down, most of times they don't return or answer your calls. They always losing the paperwork. They are full of so much B's. At the last minute they come up with so many excuses for their unprofessional behavior. Stay away from two people Nick Baietti, Christian Sanson. We lost our new home because of there stupidity ☹️

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I can't say enough what a fantastic experience it was working with Dylan Martin, Patrick Shumway, and Alexandra Matei on purchasing our new home. They worked with us closely and efficiently every step of the way. I feel like they are all a part of my family now. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or refinance their home!

Great Experience! I could not have asked for a better experience with Billie Keeler, Banker, and Ana Hu, Loan Processer. Billie and Ana were wonderful to work with. They kept me up to date every step of the way throughout the entire approval process, and were very understanding of my eagerness to remain informed, as I had a horrible experience with a past lender. I cannot stress enough how great of an experience my husband and I had with CityWorth Mortgage! Thanks Billie & Ana!
