Amazing Experience All Around What an incredible process from the beginning to the very end! David and Matt with CityWorth Homes worked some sort of magic (truly a miracle in today's market!) and it only took 24 hours from presenting the offer to signing the contract!! Not only that, but they helped me getting 5K SELLER CREDIT to help with closing costs! Yes, paid the listing price AND got a seller credit, you read that right! Pro, good rates, good service I had great experience dealing with CityWorth. They are pro and offer good rates. Especially, Daniel Sole is great. He was very responsive, gave good advice on every question I had, no matter it was the titling company's fee or a charge by my previous lender. The day before I closed on he contacted me recommending a better deal as it just became available. I really appreciate him.
