GBDOES NOT FUND SAME DAY! CAUGHT IN A LIE! TERRIBLE service from the beginning. HIGH FEES. NOT RELIABLE. Absolutely zero communication. Lender was caught in a couple lies. If you don't meet their "qualification" for order of review of file at the closing table, you do not meet their 2:00 review deadline which means your loan does NOT fund the day you close, which means you do NOT move into your home day of close. Do NOT recommend. Go with a reliable and trusting lender. Do your research.
