GBDon't get caught up with this company. Don't get caught up with this company. These people approved us for a small loan, but when it came to closer to closing date they back out, they are bad communicator with the customer. We had to hunt them down, most of times they don't return or answer your calls. They always losing the paperwork. They are full of so much B's. At the last minute they come up with so many excuses for their unprofessional behavior. Stay away from two people Nick Baietti, Christian Sanson. We lost our new home because of there stupidity ☹️

They kept me up to date every step of the way throughout the entire approval process, and were very understanding of my eagerness to remain informed, as I had a horrible experience with a past lender. He's a great communicator, always kept me in the loop, and great at explaining why things were done and what we needed to do. I couldn't be happier.
