Refinance - Maggie Stoffel is the one to go to Today I closed my refi and whole process was handled by Maggie. I appreciate everything and it was a smooth process. I had shopped with multiple companies for the last 3 months and could not have landed better company and person to handle. Maggie kept me informed throughout and promptly. This was a welcome relief. Rates were the best that were available. Closing cost was reasonable and less than other companies. Maggie was available and answered almost immediately to my number of questions and doubts. It was a pleasure working with Dan! I was given the pleasure of working with Daniel Sole on my first home purchase. As the process comes with many questions, paperwork, and money arrangements, Dan willingly put his best foot forward in every aspect. At times there were inconveniences such as getting papers signed, reviewed, and even physically transferred after business hours or on the weekend. Dan did not hesitate to ensure all tasks at hand were completed on time and to get me into my new home. In that regard, he exhibits trust and care for the customer's objective and provides that ease of mind. You can't argue when an officer like Dan shows firsthand how work ethic and determination can fulfill each party's needs in a timely fashion and to get you into your new home!

Don't get caught up with this company. Don't get caught up with this company. These people approved us for a small loan, but when it came to closer to closing date they back out, they are bad communicator with the customer. We had to hunt them down, most of times they don't return or answer your calls. They always losing the paperwork. They are full of so much B's. At the last minute they come up with so many excuses for their unprofessional behavior. Stay away from two people Nick Baietti, Christian Sanson. We lost our new home because of there stupidity ☹️
