DOES NOT FUND SAME DAY! CAUGHT IN A LIE! TERRIBLE service from the beginning. HIGH FEES. NOT RELIABLE. Absolutely zero communication. Lender was caught in a couple lies. If you don't meet their "qualification" for order of review of file at the closing table, you do not meet their 2:00 review deadline which means your loan does NOT fund the day you close, which means you do NOT move into your home day of close. Do NOT recommend. Go with a reliable and trusting lender. Do your research.

Great Experience! I could not have asked for a better experience with Billie Keeler, Banker, and Ana Hu, Loan Processer. Billie and Ana were wonderful to work with. They kept me up to date every step of the way throughout the entire approval process, and were very understanding of my eagerness to remain informed, as I had a horrible experience with a past lender.
