Best Company EVER! I switched my loan over to Reliant Mortgage after a terrible experience with another company. Everything that had been extremely difficult and stressful was made easy by Mrs. Lorette and everyone else that worked on my file. I was never left wondering anything. There was constant communication and any question I had was answered clearly. They worked extremely hard to help us close on the home we wanted so badly. Without Reliant Mortgage, I would have lost the home I fell in love with. They truly saved the day!

Josh Highnote is excellent at his job Josh Highnote is excellent at his job. He's available, knowledgable, and brings enthusiasm to the job. It's not enough that I like working him, he's also so great with clients. I feel confident when I refer him to my buyers that he will answer questions and guide them through the process, while keeping everyone informed and on the same the page throughout the deal. He's also been a great resource for answering questions about lending that may come up during my client consultations. It's nice to have strong team player in the lending arena and I look forward towering with hi more in the future.

Just completed a first home purchase… Just completed a first home purchase with Jason, and everything went extremely smoothly. As first-time home buyers, we really appreciated how willing Jason was to take the time to talk us through what everything meant, and what every signature was committing us to. Funnily enough, we never actually met in person(!), but the process was managed so vigilantly by Tom and his staff that we never had to!
