I started my process with a simple… I started my process with a simple application mid January. Through credit coaching and hard work I am closing next week!!! Cameron Handley was assigned to my journey and I’m so fortunate that he was the chosen one! With help from his peers Sarah and his Manager Tyler I am now able to write this review. They made everything so clear. They were always inviting and professional. Never not available for any questions that I may have had. Thank you so much Reliant Mortgage for making me feel like my investment mattered. I will definitely always refer!!! This has been an experience that I will never forget!!!!!

Uuuum well… Wellll let me start off by saying I think they tried their best. Everyone we dealt with was polite and somewhat seemed to have our best interest at heart. Although throughout the whole home buying process we could never get clear answers to our questions or clear instructions as to what they wanted or needed from us. Being a first time buyer it made the process significantly more stressful. Communication as a whole between reliant and outside parties was pretty poor. But they did get our closing cost pretty low which was nice. I’d be lying if I said “I would recommend.”

Amazing communication and Kindness I can not say enough about the team we had helping purchase our dream home! Sarah Brooks and Lindsey Sisk you are the best! I was stressing myself out most of the process but they both remained calm and answered all my question and calmed me down! You both will always be part of our home! I highly recommend RELIANT and the fantastic ladies who made our dream a possibility!

Ki helped me with a refinance recently Ki helped me with a refinance recently. Ki was very patient and thorough throughout the process, and kept me updated on the progress of the loan. Paperwork was a breeze with the secure online signature technology. Ki took the time to carefully explain everything and there was never any pressure to move forward.
