I have often waited hours for a call back from other service providers with question I have had with my account leaving me very frustrated. Aren has been very helpful and responsive! BAIT N SWITCH BAIT N SWITCH This company doesn't honor what they say, makes arbitrary rules up as they go, no support, and then decides to take the entire company off site for days on in and get no responses. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, don't factor here you will run into wrong rates, rebates added, money being held up, and then getting passed around from department to department if they are onsite.
