Kevin was very helpful. Knowledgeable about what we wanted. Explaining everything we wanted to know. Very professional. We transferred a large amount of money to the Gold account. We were not that experienced in this. The team was great. Never pushing anything on us. Explaining every detail. Patient, kind,thoughtful. Very reassuring with where our money goes.

It is important to understand what a purchase or investment is, versus the fluctuation in prices. Compare to the stock market, this is a safe harbor like the the Real Estate. Everything, but especially the transparency. We are investing our money ( usually savings from our retirement accounts), and we want to make sure that our money is safe and productive.

Great for the purchase . . . not so great on the buyback. When I purchased some gold and silver from Gold Alliance, Fred Abadi was very helpful and professional and I enjoyed working with him. But when I needed to sell some of my gold, I was sent to Kyle who told me they had to make a 20% profit when they bought the gold back!! Fortunately, the spot price of gold had risen roughly 20% in the meantime so I was able to at least break even on my sale but I'll never use Gold Alliance again when I need to sell my gold. Buyer (actually, seller) beware!!

Brandon with Gold Alliance is so easy… Brandon with Gold Alliance is so easy to work with! He takes the time to educate you about the Gold and Silver market. I was a little apprehensive about putting my 401K savings into Gold Bouillon and Silver investment. Brandon was very patient and his staff, Wendy and Tish are exceptional assistants with all the details. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to convert your 401K and IRA to Gold and Silver!
