Excellent I worked with Kevin Troy who was so patient and explained thoroughly the gold buying process. Kevin answered all my question and was super patient. The entire transaction was very secure. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I will definitely keep in touch with him.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, accommadating Our representative is guides us through the process each time and keeps in touch in between sales without being intrusive or pushy. Special requests, such as delaying shipment due to vacation, are handled smoothly.

It is important to understand what a purchase or investment is, versus the fluctuation in prices. Compare to the stock market, this is a safe harbor like the the Real Estate. Everything, but especially the transparency. We are investing our money ( usually savings from our retirement accounts), and we want to make sure that our money is safe and productive.
