Kevin was very helpful. Knowledgeable about what we wanted. Explaining everything we wanted to know. Very professional. We transferred a large amount of money to the Gold account. We were not that experienced in this. The team was great. Never pushing anything on us. Explaining every detail. Patient, kind,thoughtful. Very reassuring with where our money goes.

Great for the purchase . . . not so great on the buyback. When I purchased some gold and silver from Gold Alliance, Fred Abadi was very helpful and professional and I enjoyed working with him. But when I needed to sell some of my gold, I was sent to Kyle who told me they had to make a 20% profit when they bought the gold back!! Fortunately, the spot price of gold had risen roughly 20% in the meantime so I was able to at least break even on my sale but I'll never use Gold Alliance again when I need to sell my gold. Buyer (actually, seller) beware!!

Excellent Compay Gold Alliance helped me put my 401k's into a gold & silver IRA. With the excellent help from Kevin and Wendy, i feel much safer knowing my retirement is safe and backed by gold and silver. I'm thankful to get to know these folks.
