Excellent I worked with Kevin Troy who was so patient and explained thoroughly the gold buying process. Kevin answered all my question and was super patient. The entire transaction was very secure. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I will definitely keep in touch with him.

Customer service I called to get information about the company. I wanted to purchase coins. I spoke with Kevin and he was very professional yet spoke In layman terms so I could understand. It is important to understand what a purchase or investment is, versus the fluctuation in prices. Compare to the stock market, this is a safe harbor like the the Real Estate. Everything, but especially the transparency. We are investing our money ( usually savings from our retirement accounts), and we want to make sure that our money is safe and productive.
