Lease Option in London Secured I have been working with David for about 6months now and I've just managed to secure a deal in South London with a landlord on a lease option. The house has got huge potential to convert in to two 3 bedroom houses with big profits. These deals need and professional with experience to make sure all aspects are covered; David was on hand every step of the way and always available to answer questions. My dream of building a portfolio has started and feel very confident about the opportunities ahead as we go in to a recession.
