I am sorry to say this, I am sorry to say this, paxful online wallet platform is not recommended to use. their support group is very careless, means customer complaint is not responded on time. I have been paxful wallet and deposit $30 instantly. but currently, i can not login my account do to 2FA code is not access. simultaneously, i was complained this issue is serious and must be respond according to my request. but have not response yet. in general, i thought that paxful wallet group is totally irresponsible and not accountable. if you get your response for my request, i will give my feedback as per your response again.

Extremely Frustrating Extremely Frustrating - No Customer Protection! I've had three terrible experiences on this site, and it's extremely frustrating. This latest incident with trade number RQBykw2G9KG has made me lose all confidence in their service. Three times I've been conned by sellers, and each time I've provided clear proof that my gift cards were misused after I handed them over. Yet, despite this evidence, my claims were always rejected, favoring the sellers. It's outrageous that customers have zero protection in these situations, especially when dealing with high-volume sellers. In my most recent case, I paid the seller, but they told me to cancel the trade. Because of this, I didn't mark it as paid, leading to more complications and a complete loss for me. Despite providing all necessary proof, the site still sided with the seller. I'm incredibly disappointed with this site. I expected better customer support, especially in transactions involving money and gift cards. I won't be using their service again, and I urge others to be very cautious. You might not get the support you need if something goes wrong.
