Three times I've been conned by sellers, and each time I've provided clear proof that my gift cards were misused after I handed them over. Yet, despite this evidence, my claims were always rejected, favoring the sellers. It's outrageous that customers have zero protection in these situations, especially when dealing with high-volume sellers. In my most recent case, I paid the seller, but they told me to cancel the trade. Because of this, I didn't mark it as paid, leading to more complications and a complete loss for me. Despite providing all necessary proof, the site still sided with the seller. I'm incredibly disappointed with this site. I expected better customer support, especially in transactions involving money and gift cards. I won't be using their service again, and I urge others to be very cautious. You might not get the support you need if something goes wrong.
