Without any warning or explanation, they froze my account with over $10,000 in it. I've reached out to their support team multiple times, but they haven't provided any satisfactory response. Beware of using Paxful, as they may freeze your account without warning and leave you in the dark about your funds."

They own your money! I deposited USDT to the paxful wallet without any restrictions. But then to withdraw them I needed verification, which I couldn't proceed due to lack of required documents. I wrote to the support asking for return, but they just ignored everything talking only about verification and that I couldn't trade without it. They blocked access to my own money. Update 01/29/2024 They finally allowed to withdraw my money (by banning my account).
