For reasons beyond my control my credit… For reasons beyond my control my credit history had issues. I was fairly reluctant to even approach a dealership about a car, although my income is solid. Wayne contacted me at the time set for a phone appointment, and he met me at the dealership, and he found me a vehicle that met my needs, with no fuss whatsoever. He made it happen. To all involved, including those behind the scenes, I say, Thank You!

Great Service Jessica was great! She made the experience seamless! Every one I spoke to were professional and helpful. My only complaints are the car had mats in the picture and now they can't locate them along with the extra key.

kinda horrible When i initially sent in an application, i was told i was pre-approved and all i had to do was go inside to fill out the paperwork and pick a car. I was told this twice! I got there and at first I was pretty excited because I have been car searching for a month and kept getting denied because of my credit score. I was also told potentially no money down, just depended on the car. The first person who helped me was very polite and so nice! But the salesman or whatever he was...was condescending and not at all helpful! He ran my credit again and then said I needed to put down $7000- didn't ask what kind of car or anything- just immediately went into money. Then he said that credit yes is NOT a dealership but a credit repair company, so I felt very lied to. Then he kept bringing up how much money he made and all this stuff that had nothing to do with why i was there. I firmly believe all he did was run my credit, because he was not in the back for very long and when he was out in the front he was either outside on his phone or talking to other people. I left there very disappointed and on the verge of tears because I felt like i was not helped in any way and was very upset about the way i was treated. He also told me i was pre-approved but I wasn't listening to the numbers being provided and all he did was provide just that one number- it was all around a horrible experience

More options for car dealerships I haven't found the SUV that I am looking for because the car dealership didn't have a SUV big enough for my husband to fit in. I need more car dealerships options to find the right SUV not just for me but for my husband as well.

Incredible service, deserves recognition I came into CreditYes after my car being stolen. Michael and Juvelle went above and beyond just customer service! They did everything they possibly could and made sure to continue to look into options for me after I first was denied, they didn't give up on me. They both are patient, attentive, and very personable. They made my trip to CreditYes very comfortable and positive. Due to their hard work and determination, I was able to drive off in a car I LOVE.
