GBkinda horrible When i initially sent in an application, i was told i was pre-approved and all i had to do was go inside to fill out the paperwork and pick a car. I was told this twice! I got there and at first I was pretty excited because I have been car searching for a month and kept getting denied because of my credit score. I was also told potentially no money down, just depended on the car. The first person who helped me was very polite and so nice! But the salesman or whatever he was...was condescending and not at all helpful! He ran my credit again and then said I needed to put down $7000- didn't ask what kind of car or anything- just immediately went into money. Then he said that credit yes is NOT a dealership but a credit repair company, so I felt very lied to. Then he kept bringing up how much money he made and all this stuff that had nothing to do with why i was there. I firmly believe all he did was run my credit, because he was not in the back for very long and when he was out in the front he was either outside on his phone or talking to other people. I left there very disappointed and on the verge of tears because I felt like i was not helped in any way and was very upset about the way i was treated. He also told me i was pre-approved but I wasn't listening to the numbers being provided and all he did was provide just that one number- it was all around a horrible experience

GBIncredible service, deserves recognition I came into CreditYes after my car being stolen. Michael and Juvelle went above and beyond just customer service! They did everything they possibly could and made sure to continue to look into options for me after I first was denied, they didn't give up on me. They both are patient, attentive, and very personable. They made my trip to CreditYes very comfortable and positive. Due to their hard work and determination, I was able to drive off in a car I LOVE. They truly saved me and my job. Thank you Michael and Juvelle!

She is a gifted connector and communicator ! I could not be happier ! Mike the sales manager with whom I spoke listened with attention and care, and was highly professional ! And, Holly who handled all the paperwork and financial details has every lovely quality that Becky and Mike have !!! And, I met and spent special moments with LAUREN too ! Everyone with whom I met is at the " TOP OF THEIR GAME professionally.....and, also at the top of the HEART/ PEOPLE SKILLS GAME ! Just a POSITIVE, PROFESSIONAL and UPLIFTING experience in everyway !!! I am 69 years old, and have MULTIPLE SCHLEROSIS. I have been in and out of a wheelchair, and the hospital, and spoonfed for 3 days in my worst flare....when my arms did not work.
