Incredible service, deserves recognition I came into CreditYes after my car being stolen. Michael and Juvelle went above and beyond just customer service! They did everything they possibly could and made sure to continue to look into options for me after I first was denied, they didn't give up on me. They both are patient, attentive, and very personable. They made my trip to CreditYes very comfortable and positive. Due to their hard work and determination, I was able to drive off in a car I LOVE. I love the effort of waiting on me I love the effort of waiting on me. As well as the efforts to work with people who credit who credit is far from perfect. I didn't like the fact after all the paperwork and process, They couldn't even contact you back to inform of application approval or denied.
