Premium mortgage was great Premium mortgage was great. Specifically Rebecca and Jolene. Jolene was quick to give me a pre-approval and take her time to answer all my questions. Rebecca handled the communications and documentation portion once an offer was accepted on my home. She answered my questions very quickly and kept me up to speed on the process. This was all around the best experience with a mortgage company I've used.

I regret using this company I regret using this company. It took one and a glad months from the time I gave them Dave documentation for the pre approval to tell me they weren't guys enough for the underwriter. When I go asked for specifics to fix it they emailed the same terse replies which were vague, but wouldn't call me or give exact requirements. Finally after I provide all the documentation, on the third try, due to their vague, non specific descriptions they ask for a picture of a check to my back that I deposited 1.5 months before, despite having the records of the transaction from troweprice and my bank. If they'd said they needed it in the beginning I might've been able to get a picture, but it's gone. One you said pre approved, they're customer service becomes garbage. They're response slows, they're emails are terse and unhelpful and they refuse to pick up there phone. Using them is the worst decision I've ever made.

I cant believe how easy this entire… I cant believe how easy this entire process was thanks to the entire team at Premium Mortgage. The communication was second to none! They made things hassle free and were always easy to get a hold of. They even called me just to see how everything was going and if i had any more questions even though most of our exchanges were email. It was a relief to feel like they were there for you for anything you needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone if they are considering a mortgage.

Hats off to Donna Maxwell We worked with Donna Maxwell, and she was terrific. In particular, when our contingent offer was "bumped" by the Seller, she and her team were extremely responsive in helping speed things along so that we could ultimately get approved with no contingency, within the 48 hour bump window. Had we worked with a bigger bank, I'm pretty sure we'd have lost the house. Donna was responsive and attentive, from start to finish, and was everything I could have hoped for in a broker.

Great experience start to finish. Working with Premium was an organized, streamlined process from beginning to end. Steve D. and everyone else we worked with was pleasant and competent. The commitment letter included a list of requested documents and, once provided, there was no back-&-forth with continued requests, like friends have complained about with other mortgagors. We closed on our new purchase right on time. Most of all, I appreciate the flexibility that once our old house sells, we can pay down and reduce our mortgage to a minimal balance, without penalty. This was a great way to buy non-contingent without having to carry a full mortgage long-term. Highly recommended.
