GBGreat online account to get your… Great online account to get your paycheck faster than a normal bank. Service responses are answered within a timely manner. Only thing missing is the ability to make cash deposits into the account and connecting with plaid. Other than that I’d recommend giving them a try.

GBI filed a dispute #380451 in February… I filed a dispute #380451 in February for unauthorized charges. I received a response from Claim Dept stating claim was determined valid but I was only returned/ paid for only 4 transactions. Numerous others was not paid. I have sent several messages and the response I keep getting is it’s being handled by claim department. As of today I have yet to get a concrete answer as to when claims will be paid. Quite frustrating! Don't quite understand if claims were deemed valid but all claims were not paid. Sometimes banking at a brick and mortar is better because of situations listed above. Customer Service is not the greatest.

GBI love B9 I have only had B9 for a couple of months, and so far it has been a great online bank. I haven't had any issues, my money is always there 2 days early, and I can always get an advance when I need it😊.
