I have sent several messages and the response I keep getting is it’s being handled by claim department. As of today I have yet to get a concrete answer as to when claims will be paid. Quite frustrating! Don't quite understand if claims were deemed valid but all claims were not paid. Sometimes banking at a brick and mortar is better because of situations listed above. Customer Service is not the greatest.

I will say that this app doesn't work with plaid or anything to sign into it with any third party apps to verify income. That is my largest complaint.
