GBProcess was easy to sign up Process was easy to sign up. Received only one deposit. Uploaded required documents. Was due a deposit on the 1st. Didn't receive it. Now I'm told my next deposit is on the 15th. Ridiculous. Not pleased at all. Poor customer service, Representative could not explain the delay and nor receiving funds as company states on specific dates.

GBI was very nervous about this… I was very nervous about this company/program at first. Especially since I learned about it on SM. However, after speaking with my 401k bank as well as my financial advisor, AND they gave me an hour of time to go over (and over and over) the terms of the program, I am more than happy that I got started!
