Excellent customer service I fell behind on my payment plan to repay my balance. I discovered that my bank was rejecting the payments with no known issue on the reason why. I spoke with someone in customer support by the name of Dean Caufield. Not only did they help restore my payment plan. But was very patient with me. They listened to understand my problem and corrected the issue fast and efficiently.

My sign up ran into one little snag (nobody's fault) but this literally was a matter of providing a few documents, logging into my 401k company's website and filling out some info and my payments are literally on their way to me.
