I was very nervous about this… I was very nervous about this company/program at first. Especially since I learned about it on SM. However, after speaking with my 401k bank as well as my financial advisor, AND they gave me an hour of time to go over (and over and over) the terms of the program, I am more than happy that I got started! Excellent customer service I fell behind on my payment plan to repay my balance. I discovered that my bank was rejecting the payments with no known issue on the reason why. I spoke with someone in customer support by the name of Dean Caufield. Not only did they help restore my payment plan. But was very patient with me. They listened to understand my problem and corrected the issue fast and efficiently.
