There is a Discord where there are mods who are also very helpful. This is just a great company for traders. They often have promotions and discounts to give traders opportunities. GBAmazing Customer Service I had an issue with my account being shut down & I had no idea why it happened. I emailed them & they took care of the problem. They helped me out by resetting my account. They explained to me what had occurred. They are truly amazing & I'm beyond happy with their customer service. Many firms will not listen to what you have to say & not help you out at all when issues occur. They def. listen to you & I am beyond happy with them. I highly recommend using them!

ZAAssh*les! There was a misunderstanding with my account and paid for a full month when the account was very close to blowing up. The customer support told me to sod off. Scammers.

GBI just received my first payout with… I just received my first payout with Elite Trader Funding. The process was well-explained and went off without a hitch. I've had a good experience with them. There was an issue a couple of weeks ago with an error for some traders (myself included) when they updated their dashboard, but after submitting a help ticket that issue was resolved in a fair amount of time.
