GB$50K ELITEETF Failed Risk Adjust But Support Fixed It My $50K ELITEETF account did not stop my trailing drawdown after making drawdown plus $100 and I was trading and getting nicked for not taking profit. Then the account failed when I had equity in reserve. I reached out to customer support and explained the situation, and they fixed the risk parameters and erased the day. I am happy with the quick response and how it shows that they want good traders in-house and not just resets.

ZAAssh*les! There was a misunderstanding with my account and paid for a full month when the account was very close to blowing up. The customer support told me to sod off. Scammers.

GBGreat company and customer service I’ve had absolutely nothing but a great experience so far with Elite Trader Funding. The rules are fair, the prices are low and competitive, and the best part is the customer service. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of hours for a reply. Would recommend ETF to anyone.

GBAmazing Customer Service I had an issue with my account being shut down & I had no idea why it happened. I emailed them & they took care of the problem. They helped me out by resetting my account. They explained to me what had occurred. They are truly amazing & I'm beyond happy with their customer service. Many firms will not listen to what you have to say & not help you out at all when issues occur. They def. listen to you & I am beyond happy with them. I highly recommend using them!

GBThe options and pricing are unbeatable… The options and pricing are unbeatable by almost every other prop firm. The dashboard is simple but effective to keep track of. Everything is set up super fast. Support is only during business hours, but they do fix any issues you have.
