GB$50K ELITEETF Failed Risk Adjust But Support Fixed It My $50K ELITEETF account did not stop my trailing drawdown after making drawdown plus $100 and I was trading and getting nicked for not taking profit. Then the account failed when I had equity in reserve. I reached out to customer support and explained the situation, and they fixed the risk parameters and erased the day. I am happy with the quick response and how it shows that they want good traders in-house and not just resets.

GBTOOK two months to pass the eval TOOK two months to pass the eval. ETF has been there to answer my questions. MY most productive trading came from concentrating on a set time of day-that best fit my schedule-and NOT overtrading. I trade the trend and don't try to MAX OUT on any one trade. SMALL pieces everyday consistently. SHOW up and don't be greedy. WALK away green and go enjoy the day.

GBI just received my first payout with… I just received my first payout with Elite Trader Funding. The process was well-explained and went off without a hitch. I've had a good experience with them. There was an issue a couple of weeks ago with an error for some traders (myself included) when they updated their dashboard, but after submitting a help ticket that issue was resolved in a fair amount of time.

GBAmazing Customer Service I had an issue with my account being shut down & I had no idea why it happened. I emailed them & they took care of the problem. They helped me out by resetting my account. They explained to me what had occurred. They are truly amazing & I'm beyond happy with their customer service. Many firms will not listen to what you have to say & not help you out at all when issues occur. They def. listen to you & I am beyond happy with them. I highly recommend using them!

GBThe options and pricing are unbeatable… The options and pricing are unbeatable by almost every other prop firm. The dashboard is simple but effective to keep track of. Everything is set up super fast. Support is only during business hours, but they do fix any issues you have.
