GBDISMAL Customer Service Skills I was harrassed by a credit analyst named Wesley Wells who claimed to work for the company, then SCREAMED at me on the phone “HOW COME YOU HAVEN’T DONE THIS YET.” When I responded “thank you for calling, goodbye,” he left a voicemail asking what happened and proceeded to tell me I was “excited” about hearing about these services.
