Knowledgeable and Professional My husband and I loved working with Luis from Fellowship Home Loans. He and his associates really do care. In our experience with Luis, we found him to be thorough, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful! All in all, he was a pleasure to work with. House refinancing House refinancing, process was easy and simple, I am happy I made the decision to use the services of ICG. I am especially thankful I worked with Natalie, my loan officer, she is amazing. With her excellent interpersonal skills, Natalie made me feel at easy from the beginning until the end. She explained to me the whole process in a clear way, and was always available and willing to help me with whatever questions I had. Thank you Natalie. ( I did not give a 5 because of my loan processor) but the process in general went smooth.

Great Professional Experience by Loan Officer Casey Corn Casey was on top of things at every step. He checked in frequently to let me know loan process status and items that required my input. He answered all of my questions on the closing documents and made the entire process a pleasure instead of a chore.

Joey and ICG are Great! Joey is awesome! My wife and I had reached out to a few lenders with not much luck. Joey was able to explain everything so that we understood all the details of our new loan. He was always available to answer questions and gave multiple updates during the whole process.
