Should have hired them earlier! I am generally a distrustful person and thought that most of these reviews were generated by Hauseit or their relatives/friends. How else to explain such consistent positive reviews. After 4 agonizing weeks of open houses and zero offers we took a chance and hired them. The next week, we got offers and are now in contract negotiations at a price that we are very pleased with. Chris was amazing and went above and beyond what I expected. He was very responsive and patiently explained eveything. Don't wait four weeks, hire this company immediately! They are definitely worth it!

We purchased or FiDi condo through … We purchased or FiDi condo through Hauseit and their partner broker. It was fantastic. There was no reduction in the quality of service simply because I was getting a rebate. In fact, the broker was much more knowledgeable and experienced than the 3 other brokers I had previously interviewed. It's fantastic that this "private label" option exists for buyers and sellers in NYC. I'm generally a pretty suspicious person when something feels too good to be true, a most of what else I've found online appear to be scams. These guys were a god send. Got introduced to a very experienced, brand name broker. Plus got a rebate that's pre-arranged. Thank you Hauseit!

Highly recommended or buyers Amazing experience working with Adam and the team at Hauseit! We recently purchased a new home and reached out to Hauseit to take advantage of a the closing credit for home buyers. It was a great experience. Adam represented us well through the transaction. And about a week after closing we received our closing credit worth 2% of the purchase price. When we purchase another home, Adam and the Hausheit team will be our first call!

Lovely to work with, definitely a good deal We used Hauseit for purchasing a co-op in New York. The agent we were matched with was very pleasant to work with, responsive and understanding. Due to Covid, the process was very much drawn out, and our agent was remote, but this didn't feel like a huge difference, since she stayed in contact throughout, and we tend to be quite hands-on anyway. The apartment we ended up in is absolutely gorgeous!

A God Send for FSBO Just closed above asking price in Battery Park Manhattan and had great support from the team at Hauseit.Started with them in Sept ,had a few bites that fell through,stopped for winter and picked up in spring with amazing demand.Chris and the agent he assigned were more than competent,answering e-mails at all hours.My friend is using the 1% deal to sell her co-op as she is computer ignorant and he found her a potential buyer at the first open house.
