Great experience with funding our project. Our experience to date has been fantastic. We are fully funded at a post renovation valuation which we never would have gotten elsewhere. The process was quick with the only small issue being a signed contract for the rennovation which is a bit of chicken and egg because we needed to know we had the financing to determine what we could actually do. All in all a great experience though we haven’t actually started building yet.

5 Star Experience I stumbled onto Renofi while doing research into the types of loan would be available for me to renovate my kitchen. The website was easy to use and everyone that I interacted with through email or phone was very helpful and informative. Ryan and Jess did a great job explaining the different loans available and keeping me updated on the process.
