Great experience with funding our project. Our experience to date has been fantastic. We are fully funded at a post renovation valuation which we never would have gotten elsewhere. The process was quick with the only small issue being a signed contract for the rennovation which is a bit of chicken and egg because we needed to know we had the financing to determine what we could actually do. All in all a great experience though we haven’t actually started building yet.

He took all the time we needed to explain different loan options to us to make sure that we got the best product for our project. Florida room financing Fast and painless!!! Josh and Jessica went out of our way to see we received the financing we needed to install our Florida Room so we can enjoy the outdoors without getting attacked by the mosquitoes! They both communicated and walked us through step by step! I highly recommend using Renofi for your project!

Wonderful experience! Faith and Marc were so helpful throughout our entire loan process. We were kept up to date with all processes of our loan, most times on a daily basis. It was nice to know where we were at during that time so that we knew what to expect next. The entire process did entail some work from us and our contractor, as well as uploading lots of documents, but it was worth it. We were given a time frame of 30-45 days from start to finish and we closed at around 6 weeks time frame. I would recommend Renofi to anyone needing those extra funds for a house project or renovation, which is what we are utilizing ours for!
