The whole Refinance was a mess with… The whole Refinance was a mess with Kindly Loans. Started my refinance at the end of August, and it just got finished at the end of November, so 3 months. They original promised under 20 days for the whole process. Also they encourage me to pay 3grand for an appraisal after I had already paid $900. I had to fight to get them to choose a different appraisal company, but that took a month in itself. Also a week before signing they increased my closing costs by $4000 and said there was nothing they could do, it was just an unforeseen increase. I would have switched to a different company but it had already taken so long and we already paid for the appraisal I didn't want to start the whole process over. It felt like a trick to me to get me to go with them. At the start of the whole process Kindly loans was about $3000 cheaper than other lenders I had talked to, which was why I chose them. In the end not only was it a fiasco I ended up paying $1000 more than with the competitors. Never again!

Seemless Amazing service from start to finish. Kindly Loans is attentive with their customers from start to finish. My loan officer was responsive and communicating throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I refinanced my mortgage during a really busy period of work (as I'm sure is true for a lot of folks) and these two were able to process documents outside of normal working hours to work with my schedule. They made the entire process super convenient and easy. I would highly recommend!
