I just received my first order in the mail and I was very pleased with it. I told my brother about it and hes all over it as well. Highly recommend it, awesome company, super cool hobby/investment. Planning to stick with this for a long time and hand my loot over to my son when hes older.

Gold & Silver Subscription Crate Very fair market value on the Gold and Silver products they send out in their crates and I truly wish I knew about them earlier. I signed up recently for their subscription service after receiving one of their crates as a gift. Very cool idea, very fun to receive and I am looking forward to building my stack. Life long customer I never leave reviews whether I have a negative or positive experience with a company but I felt like I had to give these guys a shout out. I want to first start by saying Investor Crates customer service is absolutely top notch. I had a small error with one of my crates and they more than remedied the situation and you could tell that they were truly sorry about the mix up. It wasn't even a big deal but the girl I talked to sounded real beat up about the error. Secondly, they have suspiciously good deals. I inquired how, during a pandemic, they were selling Gold, Silver AND Platinum at spot on their Fire Sale page and they said they made enough money to pay employees and electric bill so they had no problem taking a loss on their overstock inventory for a chance to ease the pain for all the high premiums everywhere. WHAT?? This truly blows my mind that a company would do that instead of follow the status quo and participate in predatory pricing like all the other bullion retailers. For this, I plan on being a life long customer stacking for my kids future. I highly recommend Investor Crate.
