Life long customer I never leave reviews whether I have a negative or positive experience with a company but I felt like I had to give these guys a shout out. I want to first start by saying Investor Crates customer service is absolutely top notch. I had a small error with one of my crates and they more than remedied the situation and you could tell that they were truly sorry about the mix up. It wasn't even a big deal but the girl I talked to sounded real beat up about the error. Secondly, they have suspiciously good deals. I inquired how, during a pandemic, they were selling Gold, Silver AND Platinum at spot on their Fire Sale page and they said they made enough money to pay employees and electric bill so they had no problem taking a loss on their overstock inventory for a chance to ease the pain for all the high premiums everywhere. WHAT?? This truly blows my mind that a company would do that instead of follow the status quo and participate in predatory pricing like all the other bullion retailers. For this, I plan on being a life long customer stacking for my kids future. I highly recommend Investor Crate.

Good variety, great prices. My journey with InvestorCrate has been excellent. Started out with a combo starter pack which was awesome and decided to subscribe. This is month 6 or 7 for me and im really enjoying it. Prices are very good and variety is good as well.
