John has very good knowledge in mtgs… John has very good knowledge in home loans. Responding to emails or phone call even snarky emails John does not do well. I like to get business done Efficiently myself, productive communication allows both parties to you speak then I speak, I respond you respond. When a person likes hearing themselves talk. I say ok let's get this experience and transaction over quickly. I got the mortgage I needed see ya by.

I’m writing for my wife I’m writing for my wife. She applied and was given the initial disclosure documents, including even a plan of action that would help take us out of debt and create some cash flow. Two months later, she still not heard back? She contacted the corporate offices and they said that they would get in touch with the loan officer. Still no word it’s been over two months at this point of course, they do not want to move on with us but why not tell us this when they went ahead and checked her credit so with debt she needed to pay off Etc. the payment was not even going to be that much. We don’t even owe that much on our loan I don’t get it I’m sad because so many of our conservative radio hosts go on and on about how great they are and how, like Mark Levin mentioned American Financing Help them get out of a tough situation. That’s why my wife called them. So disappointing.

With each interaction from the initial conversation to the final paperwork he kept me informed and feeling at ease that I was in great hands that I could trust with one of my most expensive and near racking transactions. When he handled the transactions it was seamless, it was when others were involved things went sideways that John had to correct (Nicole T. & Mariah E. asking for documents I had already sent, and were in my file which they could not be bothered to look at).
