With each interaction from the initial conversation to the final paperwork he kept me informed and feeling at ease that I was in great hands that I could trust with one of my most expensive and near racking transactions. John has very good knowledge in mtgs… John has very good knowledge in home loans. Responding to emails or phone call even snarky emails John does not do well. I like to get business done Efficiently myself, productive communication allows both parties to you speak then I speak, I respond you respond. When a person likes hearing themselves talk. I say ok let's get this experience and transaction over quickly. I got the mortgage I needed see ya by.
