He always called first to explain what he needed from me before just sending an email. Gotta give them 5 Gotta give them 5 stars because that’s what they need to get their raises and such. You gotta. Worker solidarity. Process was relatively easy. They were quite responsive. A few times I had to show them where I had already uploaded a document they said I needed, but when the error was pointed out they quickly found the documents and got me on my way. Signing of documents was easy to arrange, and the funding was super fast. Def recommend if you’re in a crazy housing market and already own a house that keeps adding value/equity :)

Felt like my time was wasted Felt like my time was wasted. Was told to go through the entire application process only to get denied when they already knew the debt to value on the home. Don't see any benefit to using a service with the same qualifications as a standard refinance.

NOAH IS THE BEST I believe every application is unique and Julieta is a great person to work with. The process was easy and Julieta was quick to address any upcoming issues.
