The customer service is best with… The customer service is best with Sergio, but after that I have to patient, because the communication does not flow consistently. For example I submitted a second dispute on an appraisal for 4216 E Michigan St In 46201, For 3 weeks even with request for update I still am waiting. I also find your underwriting to be very inconsistent and indecisive. They will send you 5 stipulations to fix after you fix those 5 they are asking for another set of stipulations.

Great Job Mr. Lepsch! Mr. Travis Lepsch really went to bat for me to get me to the finish line of closing my refinance deal. Through his calls he continually kept me informed of next steps in the process. He was readily available to answer all questions. What is typically a very stressful process Mr. Lepsch made the process seem less so. Which I truly appreciated! Hoping to do business with him again !
