Trust & Appreciation I have been a customer of Centz for sometime and always found the company to be excellent in its service. I was recently offered a refinance and it went smoothly and quickly. Absolute trust and appreciation from me.

Process was simple - Rates too high! Process was simple, and money was in the bank the next morning! I only have 2 complaints: 1. The interest rates are exhorbitant; 2. You say I can pay the loan early, but what I would really like to do is increase the amount of each payment. There doesn't seem to be any way to do that online (and your phone center is not open on Saturdays, which is when I do my bills) so your system isn't conducive to helping me pay this thing off.

Easier Loan Process Was very easy to apply on line, updates were supplied letting me know my loan status would definitely recommend them

Well I asked for this loan and wasn't…given enough information, I was approved on their terms. Well I asked for this loan and wasn't explained percentage rates and percentages. All of a sudden I'm told that I'm approved and was told the money is on the way and the payments would be $223 a month. I wasn't given any options. I had to pay all of the money back because$12,000 on a$5k loan is ridiculous.
