GBWary at 1st, but they resolve all concerns transparently and quickly From the start of using this app (about 1.5 months ago) to now, their customer service has been TOP NOTCH. They reply with as many details as you request, and for something that can make people wary (a non FDIC insured savings account essentially), that is so important. In regards to the app workings and the interest disbursement, they function smoothly and transparently. I was a little nervous to use this at 1st, but they have strongly proven themselves to be a quality legitimate service. I love these guys!

GBDon’t use this app Don’t use this app. I have so many problems with this app. Deposit Issues and withdrawal issues, unable to unlink my account to replace with another account with the same bank, ridiculous. Customer Service do not have a clue on how to fix these issues! The worst experience!

GBLove your app Love your app. The customer service is the absolute best. I ask many questions and I always get a response. Keep that up. The boost trivia questions are a neat way to learn some basic info. Interest rates are unbelievable. Highly recommend anyone reading this to check it out

GBTellem ‘bout Tellus Tellus is the absolute best way to actually earn interest, or in my view, dividends. Investing without investing, the new better bank… To the user it’s just a bank, an internet-FDIC-insured bank, but a bank nonetheless. I want an open window into their operations and realestate investments or an expansion into that world but it’s great for the end user to share in the profits of their investments with our money. I love tellus. I tellem all about tellus.
