Great Service I am very pleased with the services of BridgeWell. I was able to do a quick cash out of my investment condo in order to acquire another one. Brad and Amber were professional, courteous and helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions promptly. In all honesty my 4 star rating might be a bit unfair to them, but I never rate any service with a perfect score. This service comes really close. Definitely reccomend.

I have been with BridgeWell Capital for… I have been with BridgeWell Capital for almost two years. I recently called in to inquire about my account and received very poor customer service. I was disrespected beyond belief and accused of not honoring my loan agreement. I have never been late on a payment nor done anything to default on the agreement. The representative was accusatory and argumentative. I informed him that I would not be degraded with lies and false accusations. I requested to speak to his supervisor, he informed me that no one was available and would not be available to talk with me. BridgeWell has acted in a very unprofessional manner resulting in my withdrawal as a client along with those I know in the business and beyond.
