First Time Investor All details need to be advised of or included in the pre qualification. Last min cost is not pleasant at closing. Explanation or options beforehand are helpful as well.

False advertising False advertising! Says can do a No FICO Minimum loan - but I found out this is incorrect

First Time Investors John and Sabrina were great throughout the entire process. This was our first time using private capital so we were not completely sure what to expect. John pretty much walked us through step by step and also told us to make sure we reach out to him directly if we had any questions during the renovation. It was good to know that BridgeWell had our backs. Kudos to the entire BridgeWell Capital team and we will definitely be using them on our next investment property.
