Great organization to work with I went with them to get ERC for my business. What I liked is that they took time to explain things no matter how many questions I had, they never overpromised, but did what they said they’d do. I was handled by several reps who all were on same page and had each other’s backs + it just speaks to how great they are as an organization.

They always picked up their phone when i called, or got back to me right away if i left a message. My account manager was Ryan and he was so professional, courteous, and patient with me. I also got the pleasure of interacting with Steve and Joanna. Everyone from the team was great to deal with. They even respond to emails at 11pm at night! These folks deserve 10 stars. When it comes to consultancy When it comes to consultancy, It will not be fair if Ocean Park Financial will not be recognized. They have made the procedures and all the information very transparent and reliable that It didn't raise any doubt to do business with this company. They support and proactive communication along with the process is worthy to mentioned.
