This whole group is just fantastic This whole group is just fantastic. I really appreciate the whole staff, they were super helpful, they helped me research government mandates and how much ppp i got when i really didn't know where to start for business for the employee retention refund program. They helped me by reaching out direct to my payroll company who was a mess in getting me the documents i needed for this. They also while they were working on my erc application started helping me with my mortgage. I have two mortgages and they are helping me restructure one and get a 2nd lien cash out for the other. I am very pleased with them, they pick up when I call, even deal with me on the weekends and really do what they can to explain everything to me thoroughly. Very patient and helpful, I definitely recommend them oh and their closing fees with their partners were lower than three different people i got proposals from. I come from an insurance back round and as a previous underwriter understand the flows and processes to go through each one of these steps and can tell you these guys get 5 thumbs up!

Honest & Efficient!!! My wife Akansha and I have worked with Ocean Park Financial for the 3rd time now in the past few years and hands down there has been no other company we have tried for our mortgage needs for refinancing that have been able to make the process so easy and stress-free... In the Mortage world it is hard to find honesty and all I can say is that from day one of the process all the way to the end of the process we never even for a single moment felt that we were being taken advantage of... and trust me have experienced that few times before but never with this Firm... Everyone at ocean park did a fantastic… Everyone at ocean park did a fantastic job. They helped me refinance my mortgage and get my business the erc grant funds under the cares act. They always picked up their phone when i called, or got back to me right away if i left a message. My account manager was Ryan and he was so professional, courteous, and patient with me. I also got the pleasure of interacting with Steve and Joanna. Everyone from the team was great to deal with. They even respond to emails at 11pm at night! These folks deserve 10 stars. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who might be considering doing something with their mortgage or looking for funding for their business.
