If it sounds too good to be true then… If it sounds too good to be true then it's probably not real. When you make an appointment with someone they should stick to it. And then when they're an hour late they say they tried to call you an hour before and phone records prove that they did not. If they're going to lie to you in the beginning they're going to lie to you in the process. Beware.

We've been going to Ocean Park We've been going to Ocean Park Financial for years. Everyone in the office is so helpful. I am horrible at taxes so I'm so glad I can just send them my stuff and know that it's taken care of correctly. I can always call this owner thru out the year with questions I have for the future. I will never use anyone else. I recommend you don't either.

This whole group is just fantastic This whole group is just fantastic. I really appreciate the whole staff, they were super helpful, they helped me research government mandates and how much ppp i got when i really didn't know where to start for business for the employee retention refund program. They helped me by reaching out direct to my payroll company who was a mess in getting me the documents i needed for this. They also while they were working on my erc application started helping me with my mortgage. I have two mortgages and they are helping me restructure one and get a 2nd lien cash out for the other. I am very pleased with them, they pick up when I call, even deal with me on the weekends and really do what they can to explain everything to me thoroughly. Very patient and helpful, I definitely recommend them oh and their closing fees with their partners were lower than three different people i got proposals from. I come from an insurance back round and as a previous underwriter understand the flows and processes to go through each one of these steps and can tell you these guys get 5 thumbs up!

Honest & Efficient!!! My wife Akansha and I have worked with Ocean Park Financial for the 3rd time now in the past few years and hands down there has been no other company we have tried for our mortgage needs for refinancing that have been able to make the process so easy and stress-free... In the Mortage world it is hard to find honesty and all I can say is that from day one of the process all the way to the end of the process we never even for a single moment felt that we were being taken advantage of... and trust me have experienced that few times before but never with this Firm... Great organization to work with I went with them to get ERC for my business. What I liked is that they took time to explain things no matter how many questions I had, they never overpromised, but did what they said they’d do. I was handled by several reps who all were on same page and had each other’s backs + it just speaks to how great they are as an organization.
