RUN! Bait and Switch A bait and switch. Michael is friendly but there was a serious miscommunication when I read back everything I understood about this business capital he said I got it correct ($12k and if I paid it off before 50% was left the finance charge would only be $1100). This was NOT true. When I called to discuss the fact that I was charged over $4k to borrow $12k (and only $10k was deposited) I was told "it was in the fine print". Don't make the mistake I made. If you need $10k ask a family member. Paying off almost $1000 weekly and not even getting what was promised is not worth it.

They reached out to us and enquired if we are in need of special accommodations in the event our business was closed under the lockdown order. They took all the necessary measures to make us feel comfortable and secure. Will definitely use FundKite again!
