Great Customer Service!!!!!! J. Johnson was great. I would have given 5 stars ,but original funding deadline was missed by BOTH parties. HE was attentive and very knowledgable. He helped me make my dream possible with very little hassle. I will be returning and expect a long-lasting business relationship.

They reached out to us and enquired if we are in need of special accommodations in the event our business was closed under the lockdown order. RUDE and Callus I filled out the application and someone called Immediately! This person was very short with me and only cared how much money was deposited in my bank for the last 4 months, no helpful advise. As soon as he found out what my deposits were he said that my company was not a good fit for them. I hear that a lot, but not as rudely and callus as he said it.

Most of all you can pick up the phone and speak to a Fundkite staff member at anytime and you are treated like family on just an account number.
