I got the first appraiser they sent at… I got the first appraiser they sent at .$800K, I did not agree was to low. Called them back to send their previous appraiser & he gave them an $900K. Metcredit relayed to Trans Canada & Aquafax credit False statement on my brothers CIBC that owed 27K back in 2018. This was not on the 2022 credit year, but somehow it was done by Metcredit, Nuborrow did not help us to get it removed. I had an score of 790 at $90+K a year, 1st year with them I went 375K to 557 + K mortgage in 2023. Now 2024 $557 K to $621 K mortgage within 2 years, no help with the credit bureau in removing it. This service they offer was not eeven tried by their team. The worst thing they gave me 45K second morgage that asked for 30K so I can sell the house in spring, my lawyer did noteven tell me that all fees were to come out from 2nd loan, they have taken $21K plus fees out of it now i got $15K out of the 2nd mortgage to move & fix the place & move by July 2024

Good if willing to pay incredibly high… Good if willing to pay incredibly high interest rates and penalized for trying to pay off debt sooner. We had no choice but to fast-track a loan for a property purchase, had the money to repay within a week but forced to pay 3 months at 4x bank interest rates plus an upfront fee equal to a regular monthly payment. If stuck, they do work quickly, but you pay for that. Just like a pawn shop, you will pay 25% on every dollar borrowed. I would hope never to use them again, but they were useful when we were in a land transfer bind.

I had the pleasure to work with Matthew… I had the pleasure to work with Matthew Caruso, he was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He was organized and made sure I understood everything along the way. He was also incredibly patient with all of my questions and got back to me as soon as possible. He was thorough with all of his emails, he documented everything we discussed in person for reference. I will definitely be calling Mr Caruso in the future, he was such a nice person to deal with.

I was very hesitant at first because I… I was very hesitant at first because I had never needed to go outside my bank before. I was actually surprised at how well they helped me through all the steps. The broker should limitless patience with my own lawyer who was hard to get in touch with and the broker made sure my lawyer got everything processed finally.
