Having said that, each Representative (I have personally spoke to three) is not only courteous and knowledgeable but they treat each client like they are the only one that matters. I had the pleasure to work with Matthew… I had the pleasure to work with Matthew Caruso, he was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He was organized and made sure I understood everything along the way. He was also incredibly patient with all of my questions and got back to me as soon as possible. He was thorough with all of his emails, he documented everything we discussed in person for reference. I will definitely be calling Mr Caruso in the future, he was such a nice person to deal with.
