Having said that, each Representative (I have personally spoke to three) is not only courteous and knowledgeable but they treat each client like they are the only one that matters. Good if willing to pay incredibly high… Good if willing to pay incredibly high interest rates and penalized for trying to pay off debt sooner. We had no choice but to fast-track a loan for a property purchase, had the money to repay within a week but forced to pay 3 months at 4x bank interest rates plus an upfront fee equal to a regular monthly payment. If stuck, they do work quickly, but you pay for that. Just like a pawn shop, you will pay 25% on every dollar borrowed. I would hope never to use them again, but they were useful when we were in a land transfer bind.
