Good if willing to pay incredibly high… Good if willing to pay incredibly high interest rates and penalized for trying to pay off debt sooner. We had no choice but to fast-track a loan for a property purchase, had the money to repay within a week but forced to pay 3 months at 4x bank interest rates plus an upfront fee equal to a regular monthly payment. If stuck, they do work quickly, but you pay for that. Just like a pawn shop, you will pay 25% on every dollar borrowed. I would hope never to use them again, but they were useful when we were in a land transfer bind.

Nuburrow helps many clients with their… Nuburrow helps many clients with their lending needs and I can only imagine how inundated with work they really are. Having said that, each Representative (I have personally spoke to three) is not only courteous and knowledgeable but they treat each client like they are the only one that matters. I was very impressed with their work ethics AND timeframe in getting what I needed done, finished/completed….. I know you will be totally satisfied with them as well.
