You don't have to struggle anymore - signed an Ex Mortgage Officer After a ridiculous year of trying to sort out my financial life, buying a house only to find out three days before close my lender pulled out. That was the first time I stumbled across NuBorrow. I loved the look of their platform, it was really easy to understand the information there, really geared to my generation, all of it. I reached out and was connected to Danny Slewa, (sorry if I spelt that wrong!!!) Things were bleak, I was stuck in a private mortgage costing me about 1000$ more than I should've been paying every month (I'm an ex-mortgage broker myself, this whole situation began with the brokerage I was working for, which is why I left the industry, that brokerage was insanely shady). Danny did make me some offers to try and mitigate the situation at that time, but it wasn't what we needed. I ended up being able to cut a deal with a local bank in their B lending division which was great, but it wasn't enough as TONS of work needed to be done here, and a ton of high interest credit card debt that needed to be dealt with. It was just a huge financial mess. Coming out of a bankruptcy 4 years ago made things ROUGH. I reached back out to Danny to inquire about a HELOC in early november. Things had changed enough in my credit file, and financial stability between July when I first connected to Danny, and that time. I was PLEASANTLY suprised with what he came back to me with. My prayers had been answered. I was home free. Everything had finally started to shift, and there was HOPE that I was no longer going to be up schitts creek without a paddle financially despite having an incredible (self employed) income. Sure I did the work on my end in those six months to improve my own situation and keep my head above water, but the magic Danny worked for me on his end, is something I cannot thank him enough for., I am super grateful for Danny and his team at Nuborrow. I can confidently say they have the absolute best rates and lenders in the business. I was shocked at how inexpensive it was to do this deal. They are a full service brokerage. They arrange all the legals, everything is done on their back end and you literally have to do nothing but submit requested documents, and show up to the virtual appointments and sign. It was the easiest, most stressfree, painfree process. Since closing this lending early December and paying off all my high interest credit cards, my credit score has already increased by 20pts, now putting me in a position to be able to obtain further lending in a PRIME MARKET. Never in my life did I think I would be able to dive into prime rates. But here we are, on good ground gearing up for these BOC rate drops and huge savings down the road. I am finally excited for our financial future, and that's truly all because of Danny and NuBorrow. I can't say enough good things about them and their process. Someone finally has shaken up the mortgage industry by providing clients exactly what they need and creating solid plans to ensure financial stability in the future, If your struggling and want to change your financial situation, buy your first house, refinance to do renos, or just have money available for emergencies, and you already own your home, CALL DANNY. Seniors stay clear if you don't have a… Seniors stay clear if you don't have a mortgage this is the company that will make you believe they are your best friend and then 2 separate lenders will be added to your new deed 1st and 2nd mortgage. Fees are inexplainable and once you have signed your life away they won't answer email or phone. They shop for mortgages and don't care how much it costs you, making you sign quick quick quick. Stay clear, if it sounds to good to be true, it is.....and this company looks like a rose and smells like dung.

I had the pleasure to work with Matthew… I had the pleasure to work with Matthew Caruso, he was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He was organized and made sure I understood everything along the way. He was also incredibly patient with all of my questions and got back to me as soon as possible. He was thorough with all of his emails, he documented everything we discussed in person for reference. I will definitely be calling Mr Caruso in the future, he was such a nice person to deal with.

I got the first appraiser they sent at… I got the first appraiser they sent at .$800K, I did not agree was to low. Called them back to send their previous appraiser & he gave them an $900K. Metcredit relayed to Trans Canada & Aquafax credit False statement on my brothers CIBC that owed 27K back in 2018. This was not on the 2022 credit year, but somehow it was done by Metcredit, Nuborrow did not help us to get it removed. I had an score of 790 at $90+K a year, 1st year with them I went 375K to 557 + K mortgage in 2023. Now 2024 $557 K to $621 K mortgage within 2 years, no help with the credit bureau in removing it. This service they offer was not eeven tried by their team. The worst thing they gave me 45K second morgage that asked for 30K so I can sell the house in spring, my lawyer did noteven tell me that all fees were to come out from 2nd loan, they have taken $21K plus fees out of it now i got $15K out of the 2nd mortgage to move & fix the place & move by July 2024
