Good if willing to pay incredibly high… Good if willing to pay incredibly high interest rates and penalized for trying to pay off debt sooner. We had no choice but to fast-track a loan for a property purchase, had the money to repay within a week but forced to pay 3 months at 4x bank interest rates plus an upfront fee equal to a regular monthly payment. If stuck, they do work quickly, but you pay for that. Just like a pawn shop, you will pay 25% on every dollar borrowed. I would hope never to use them again, but they were useful when we were in a land transfer bind.

AWESOME SERVICE We had to get refinance and our credit wasn't tip top , . When I contacted NUBORROW they informed us that they would be able to help, and this was a great relief. We were but in contact with Marshall,and boy he put at ease and explained that they could help us. We were helped and everything was explained in easy terms to understand. When our mortgage does come up again, I'm making one call as I know how we were treated before and know how we will get treated again. I would STRONGLY recommend this company to anyone and everyone. He was organized and made sure I understood everything along the way. He was also incredibly patient with all of my questions and got back to me as soon as possible.
