Having said that, each Representative (I have personally spoke to three) is not only courteous and knowledgeable but they treat each client like they are the only one that matters. AWESOME SERVICE We had to get refinance and our credit wasn't tip top , . When I contacted NUBORROW they informed us that they would be able to help, and this was a great relief. We were but in contact with Marshall,and boy he put at ease and explained that they could help us. We were helped and everything was explained in easy terms to understand. When our mortgage does come up again, I'm making one call as I know how we were treated before and know how we will get treated again. I would STRONGLY recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Awesome and easy to deal with.

Good if willing to pay incredibly high… Good if willing to pay incredibly high interest rates and penalized for trying to pay off debt sooner. We had no choice but to fast-track a loan for a property purchase, had the money to repay within a week but forced to pay 3 months at 4x bank interest rates plus an upfront fee equal to a regular monthly payment. If stuck, they do work quickly, but you pay for that. Just like a pawn shop, you will pay 25% on every dollar borrowed. I would hope never to use them again, but they were useful when we were in a land transfer bind.

I was actually surprised at how well they helped me through all the steps. The broker should limitless patience with my own lawyer who was hard to get in touch with and the broker made sure my lawyer got everything processed finally.
