Good if willing to pay incredibly high… Good if willing to pay incredibly high interest rates and penalized for trying to pay off debt sooner. We had no choice but to fast-track a loan for a property purchase, had the money to repay within a week but forced to pay 3 months at 4x bank interest rates plus an upfront fee equal to a regular monthly payment. If stuck, they do work quickly, but you pay for that. Just like a pawn shop, you will pay 25% on every dollar borrowed. I would hope never to use them again, but they were useful when we were in a land transfer bind.

The broker should limitless patience with my own lawyer who was hard to get in touch with and the broker made sure my lawyer got everything processed finally.

I'm a single grandmother trying to raise my granddaughter who is handicap so I needed a few things also done in my home so that it was more accessible for her as well.. He was organized and made sure I understood everything along the way. He was also incredibly patient with all of my questions and got back to me as soon as possible. He was thorough with all of his emails, he documented everything we discussed in person for reference. I will definitely be calling Mr Caruso in the future, he was such a nice person to deal with.
