Nuborrow is amazing!! Nuborrow is amazing!!! They have definitely helped me in a few areas in my life... I needed help of course financially n was able to help on saving my home... I'm a single grandmother trying to raise my granddaughter who is handicap so I needed a few things also done in my home so that it was more accessible for her as well.. Lucas who is helped me thru... he is such a caring person even helped me emotionally and I'm sure he don't even no it lol... just n amazing team Nuborrow has... When we needed to find borrowing… When we needed to find borrowing options to pay off our debts we researched options and decided NuBorrow was our choice. We had Kristin Corbett answer our call and she was very polite and gave us a few scenarios for our consolodation options. Kristin worked diligently finding lenders and rates that would benefit our needs and if a rate seemed to high she was willing to find lower options. We finally settled with an option that was far better and more appropriate to our needs and we signed without a second guess. Kristen and the NuBorrow Team made our choices easy and stress free. Good if willing to pay incredibly high… Good if willing to pay incredibly high interest rates and penalized for trying to pay off debt sooner. We had no choice but to fast-track a loan for a property purchase, had the money to repay within a week but forced to pay 3 months at 4x bank interest rates plus an upfront fee equal to a regular monthly payment. If stuck, they do work quickly, but you pay for that. Just like a pawn shop, you will pay 25% on every dollar borrowed. I would hope never to use them again, but they were useful when we were in a land transfer bind.

Excellent communication and help . Nuborrow was extremely helpful in relieving some of the stress during a major renovation. All my options were laid out well. My many questions were answered and any concerns were taken care of immediately. The process ran smoothly due to an excellent agent.

Seniors stay clear if you don't have a… Seniors stay clear if you don't have a mortgage this is the company that will make you believe they are your best friend and then 2 separate lenders will be added to your new deed 1st and 2nd mortgage. Fees are inexplainable and once you have signed your life away they won't answer email or phone. They shop for mortgages and don't care how much it costs you, making you sign quick quick quick. Stay clear, if it sounds to good to be true, it is.....and this company looks like a rose and smells like dung.
