We had no choice but to fast-track a loan for a property purchase, had the money to repay within a week but forced to pay 3 months at 4x bank interest rates plus an upfront fee equal to a regular monthly payment. If stuck, they do work quickly, but you pay for that. Just like a pawn shop, you will pay 25% on every dollar borrowed.
