I couldn’t be more thankful for… I couldn’t be more thankful for Cardinal Branch. After Covid happened I lost my job and was struggling with everything in life. I was losing hope and becoming very depressed until I talked to Kyle Moore. Kyle gave me hope once again when he lowered my interest from 6% all the way down to 2%. Mike Goldberg is the best!! Mike Goldberg is the best!!! My husband and I lost our jobs due to Covid about 1.5 years ago which made us fall behind on our mortgage. My case manager was Mike. Amazing service and so professional! Amazing service and so professional!! My husband and I have our own hair salon business and throughout Covid we were really struggling and unfortunately started to fall behind on our mortgage payments. So Wells Fargo put us on a Forbearance covid plan for 12 months however what they didn’t tell us is that at the end of it, we will need to come up with over 15k upfront. So that’s when we spoke to Mike from Cardinal branch who really explained everything to us and was able to help us save our home from a foreclosure sale date. We also had our own processor assigned to our file which really helped me with sending all the documents that they needed from us to make this work. Thanks again!!

Fraudulent group.. Fraudulent group... ask these guys where they went to law school. Most did not. They sit in cubicles (you can hear all the background noise) and run their scams upon people who are financially fighting to keep their homes. You will be told to send them postulated checks which they will pay your mortgage holder... they insist you do NOT talk with your lender, or friends and family about the process. After you hear your home is in foreclosure, they assure you that filing bankruptcy is vital... and please do not contact lender.... what a scam. These folks with absurd false names like Alvin try to schmooze you. Great salespeople, actors, but corrupt and dishonest- not even attorneys.
