Poorly handled from start to stop Poorly handled from start to stop. We were pushed us into using his "good guy" at Exodus Trucks for the Semi Purchase even after I specifically told him not too. Trucks were billed as Certified. Received the units damaged and in need of brakes, electronic disrepair, failed DOT Inspections. Reached out to my loan specialist and he walked back all his personal backing after forcing the close of the loan. This is NOT how you treat customers folks. Terrible. Adam Marshal is awesome...TopMark amazing The loan personnel Adam Marshal was super efficient. He was fast, proactive and precise. He made adjustments where needed and forceful when needed to ensure that i got the funds i needed to make the purchase my company wanted. I have dealt with finance companies many times but TopMark truly was Topnotch and Adam Marshal was amazinggggggggg!!!!

non refundable deposit? horrible experience. approved for financing with Millenium trailers for $18,000.00 had to give Blake Boyles two checks $995.00 processing fee? $2072.97 upfront payment. Millenium trailers had us mixed up with another customer and then charges us over $32,000.00. We didnt want a $32,000.00 trailer we signed off on a $18,000.00 Blake and his sales manager called this am offering another company to do business with. I said no I want my deposit back. Its non refundable? states in yellow on invoice "in the event Topmark cannot secure a final approval reflecting terms that are near,or better that the proposed terms above,within a 30 day period from the date of this loi,any and all amounts paid to Topmark will be refunded in full to the customer. I am due this money back.
