Once the first dump trucks was sold by… Once the first dump trucks was sold by the dealer they never returned a email or a phone call to help with finding another truck so I ended up dealing with the finance Company myself to get the deal done. All top Mark did was take my 2000 dollars. Never again would I do business with them unless they made it right with me.

Poorly handled from start to stop Poorly handled from start to stop. We were pushed us into using his "good guy" at Exodus Trucks for the Semi Purchase even after I specifically told him not too. Trucks were billed as Certified. Received the units damaged and in need of brakes, electronic disrepair, failed DOT Inspections. Reached out to my loan specialist and he walked back all his personal backing after forcing the close of the loan. This is NOT how you treat customers folks. Terrible.
