GBMy Relationship with Business Backer Very professional visiting with the people @ Biz Backer. My business is going thru tough times due to weather (5' snow & still snowing). Difficult for my employees to reach their projects with are 1-1/2 hours away. Wyoming - everything is 100 miles apart. Trying to keep my employees busy with nickel & dime projects - snow removal from roofs & roads (imagine that). So BB has been very easy to work with. They believe me and I really respect that. GBThe account managers seem clueless… The account managers seem clueless about what each other are doing. They call me many times per week and I tell them they need to call the finance dept in my company to get the information they need. I give them the correct contact person and a couple of days later a different person calls me again. Trying to get this corrected for a couple of months now.

GBSecond time around using the company… Second time around using the company for funding in the horrible 2020-skeptical at first, But Joe and the team made the process very easy to use and understand. If ever needed again for short term funding will definitely call Joe
