Ganas auto is the worst experience of… Ganas auto is the worst experience of purchase most likely ever!!!!! Got a 2017 passat broke down 3 months later transmission just leaked out oil on spot. Then I called they picked it up and had it in for about 3 months I was calling almost everyday after the 3rd month. I lost my job then they called me threatening repo and added a repo on my credit ... 2 1/2 yrs later I still owe them 14k and started at 14k I've paid them 20k already and still at 14k... It will not go down and if it does they add charges like insurance even though I got insurance... DONT GO TO GANAS I repat don't go to ganas they steal I'm planning a lawsuit I'm still under 3 yrs just finding someone becouse nobody picks lawsuits from used car dealers they make no money ...

Played me I told the sales person to only give me quotes for monthly payments not weekly we agreed upon one amount but because I had been there so long I was tired and hungry with I signed the papers I didn't realize the payments changed and yes that's my fault. They refused to honor what was on the paper we negotiated lesson learned. I will never purchase another vehicle from them.

Ganas Auto Inglewood is all you need I went to Ganas Auto after visiting several dealerships with my Dad that told him no. But I met Daniel who took great care of us and he was able to drive off the lot with a new car and it was such an easy process. They explained everything! Bad Service !!!! Bad Service !!!!! Still waiting on my plates and registration haven’t been able to drive my car for 25 days because it doesn’t have the proper documentation, call every other day and all they do is pass you around to other reps that don’t want to even give you there name. DONT BUY WITH THEM 🤬🤬🤬🤬
