Drove 1 hour to see a car they said… Drove 1 hour to see a car they said they had available that we were interested in. Get there they didn't have the car and the amount they advertised was false they use the price to fish you in to get you to buy a more expensive car.

Played me I told the sales person to only give me quotes for monthly payments not weekly we agreed upon one amount but because I had been there so long I was tired and hungry with I signed the papers I didn't realize the payments changed and yes that's my fault. They refused to honor what was on the paper we negotiated lesson learned. I will never purchase another vehicle from them.

Best choice for a used car I went there, even though I had read a lot of negative reviews, and congratulate myself for doing so. I was helped by Gabriel S. Gonzalez, whom despite being so young, is extremely friendly, courteous, respectful and and hardworking. My credit score is challenged, yet he went above and beyond to help me drive off in the car that I wanted. The entire process was seamless and quite easy. I liked the step by step video explanation of the sales documentation, and thanks to Gabriel and his Sales Manager, I drove off the lot in a gorgeous car. I highly recommend Ganas Auto San Fernando to anyone looking for a good deal on an excellent vehicle. Trust their professionalism and willingness to help. You will not regret it. Recommend! My experience at Ganas Auto was so smooth! It was my very first time buying a car and I was so nervous about it but Jacqueline Campos made it better. She was on her second week of working there and she did such a good job. She was very enthusiastic and determined for us to get a car. I recommend going to her when you buy your car!
