I loved it! This is the best cash advance company that I have ever used. I loved the 6 payment installment plan. Once you have made your 6 payments, then your loan has been paid off, not the pay the interest and principle is never touched, like other cash advance companies. You have a customer for life! I would highly recommend this company to everyone I know!

overpriced fees I feel that your fees are overpriced. They are in excess and I feel that it is not a convenience to the customer. As far as payoff goes I find your company to be greedy not wanting to release a customer after you have received more than what was borrowed. I will not be doing business with ace ever again. Not to mention that I was scammed in the process by someone using and imitating your companies name. It was the worst experience ever dealing with this company. I am also aware of the lawsuit against your company for illegal collection practices. Just not a company that I can ever see doing business with again, ever.

Easy process although somewhat disconcerting! Completing the process was quick and easy, however the end product is a little bit problematic. I selected the date for my account to be debited and when the final papers were submitted to me I noticed that the dates had been changed forward when the date I requested fell on a weekend or holiday. I think it is more than a little presumptuous that my payroll would follow suit. I would think that the date would have been moved to the next business day and not the previous! Otherwise a necessary service in an emergency.
