Great Experience Great Experience, easy to use and funds available quickly. However the interest rate is outrageous and my "pay off" date was 2 months later than expected due to the interest. If I ever need this again, I will pay it off right away, not let the minimum payments be made out of my check. The customer service was amazing and always attentive to my questions! Will recommend them!

Easy Approval - Super High Interest It was very easy to get approved. Shame on me though for not paying attention to the interest rate. 416% interest in a bit ridiculous. Also, when you finance a large amount it makes it harder to pay your other bills with a large loan payment coming out ofevery check. It would probably be a better experience if it was a once a month payment. I would reluctantly use ACE again for a small amount, but never again for a large amount.

never again I did a online loan i will NEVER give them my money again. I took out a loan for 400 i had to pay 800 back hell naw then when i called customer service to call to pay early they told me the total i had to pay, corporate was telling me something different (trying to make me pay more money) i dont suggest them to anyone. Horrible service also

Easy process although somewhat disconcerting! Completing the process was quick and easy, however the end product is a little bit problematic. I selected the date for my account to be debited and when the final papers were submitted to me I noticed that the dates had been changed forward when the date I requested fell on a weekend or holiday. I think it is more than a little presumptuous that my payroll would follow suit. I would think that the date would have been moved to the next business day and not the previous! Otherwise a necessary service in an emergency.
