Been pretty disappointed in the app… Been pretty disappointed in the app lately. It has glitched multiple times and not documented payments I have made or money I have put into savings. I was so excited to be reaching my goals, only to be totally let down that it wouldn't shoe up on the app. Customer service was really helpful at first. The last time I sent a message about an issue I had of several payments not being documented, savings not being documented, and my goal actually going up rather than down after said payments, I sent screenshots of my issue. The customer service rep did nothing to help. Very disappointed with Debbie right now. Hoping it improves soon.

Definitely try Debbie! Using Debbie has been such a great experience. Not only have they helped me work toward paying off my debts, they’ve shown me how physical and mental health can also have a direct effect on finances. All the cute little quizzes and encouraging words always leave me wondering what they’ll show me next. Plus, you earn money paying off debts! Everyone should definitely try Debbie!!!
