GBNothing ever updates Nothing ever updates - and every time I try to “reconnect” my accounts, I get a message that something went wrong - I have gotten so frustrated that I am ready to just quit using the app.

GBBeen pretty disappointed in the app… Been pretty disappointed in the app lately. It has glitched multiple times and not documented payments I have made or money I have put into savings. I was so excited to be reaching my goals, only to be totally let down that it wouldn't shoe up on the app. Customer service was really helpful at first. The last time I sent a message about an issue I had of several payments not being documented, savings not being documented, and my goal actually going up rather than down after said payments, I sent screenshots of my issue. The customer service rep did nothing to help. Very disappointed with Debbie right now. Hoping it improves soon.

GBDebt Reduction Strategy … Debbie started me to really look at my debt. They give helpful tips on how to work at reducing your debt. They educate you also in a fun and innovative way. It’s a super program and very helpful if you’re interested in managing and reducing your debt.

GBThey are teaching me how to get out of… They are teaching me how to get out of debt and stay out of debt. It takes a while to be able to cash out, but it keeps me participating and following the program.
