ZERO STAR REVIEW How in the world this company has more than 1 star on ANY website is beyond me. The single worst experience of my life and I will shout it from the rooftops. STAY AWAY!!! Only one shining light at this company and that is Enid but unfortunately she was not my loan officer.

Jet Direct offered the best experience… Jet Direct offered the best experience to my husband and I as first time homebuyers. The process was smooth and very efficient! Our loan officer, Jameila, kept us informed every step of the way. She was also extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. At no point in time were we uncomfortable with their process. I would recommend Jet Direct and give this company 10 out of 10 stars!

Interaction with their team was always open, whether by email, phone, or the App. Most importantly, closing time was incredible (less than 15 days). I will definitely choose them again for my future mortgage needs.

Absolutely the worst Absolutely worst. What a nightmare! Do not use unless you don’t want to close on time (or not at all). Terrible customer support. Unorganized. And - worst yet- ignorant as to industry regulations and standards. Switched to a different company and transaction was smooth. What a mistake and waste of time and money it was to deal with Jet Direct. Never again.
