Buying a home and getting a mortgage can be VERY stressful but Sal was always available to answer our questions morning day and night. He made us feel comfortable and like family during one of the biggest purchases of our lives which is something you don’t find nowadays. I will recommend Sal to friends and family who are in need of an mortgage in the future. 10/10 experience!

Absolutely the worst Absolutely worst. What a nightmare! Do not use unless you don’t want to close on time (or not at all). Terrible customer support. Unorganized. And - worst yet- ignorant as to industry regulations and standards. Switched to a different company and transaction was smooth. What a mistake and waste of time and money it was to deal with Jet Direct. Never again.
