My Experience With A Loan Agent from LoanMe. Mr Louis was very patient with me, answered all my questions, and walked me thru each and every step patiently. Over the years, I have met many loan agents but none quite like Mr Louis. Louis was very kind but professional in my dealings with him regarding this loan. He always treated me with respect and if I had any worries, he quickly assured me that he would do his best for me. I highly recommend Mr Louis.

Company refuses to simply send a simply… Company refuses to simply send a simply statement with the company's name and address. Refused to supply adequate accounting on account. Theo website has been down for over a month and will not even share a payment link. We were given 2 other companies that the account was being servicing, none on that information was true.

I paid money on time but they are increasing interest everyday and not at all responding to my mails chats, I sent them screenshots of payment upi transactions number but of no use. I am regretting the day I thought of using this app for some 2.5k Rs they are doing all this, horrible experience
